Customer service is absolutely amazing! communication is good and he is always on time! Super friendly and respectful and he gives you plastic coverings for your shoes so you can walk on the floor straight after to see the results! I have a new puppy and had a lot of stains and my daughters makeup got on my brand new couch and carpet and he got all the stains out!! Could not be happier writing this review. Highly recommended!
