IMPORTANT CARPET CLEANING NOTES
For the best cleaning results, customers are requested to thoroughly vacuum the carpet before the technician arrives.
If the carpet requires vacuuming by our technician due to excessive dust, dirt, pet hair or debris, an additional vacuuming charge will apply.
Furniture Preparation
Our technician does not move large or heavy furniture as part of the standard carpet cleaning service.
The technician may be able to assist with a couple of small or light items, where practical, but cannot be expected to move an entire room of furniture.
Before the technician arrives, please:
Move small furniture and personal items from carpeted areas.
Remove toys, shoes, bags and other belongings.
Remove decorative items and valuables.
Clear items from the tops of beds and furniture where applicable.
Move lightweight tables, chairs and other small items where possible.
Make as much carpet area accessible as possible.
This allows the technician to clean a greater area and achieve the best possible result.
EQUIPMENT, ACCESS & PARKING
We normally use our professional truck-mounted cleaning system for carpet and upholstery cleaning. The equipment remains in the service vehicle, with the cleaning hose connected from the vehicle to the property.
Where the property cannot be reached with the hose, such as certain apartments, units, multi-level properties or properties with restricted vehicle access, our team can use a **professional portable cleaning machine instead.

When making your booking, please advise our team if:
You live in an apartment or unit.
Your property has difficult or restricted vehicle access.
The cleaning area cannot be reached from the vehicle.
There is no suitable driveway or parking area close to the property.
This allows us to organise the most suitable equipment for your property before the appointment.
Where required, access to a working garden tap/water connection may also be necessary.
